Harman Kemp Holdings buys whole Shareholding of Harman Kemp North America Ltd
Harman Kemp Holdings Ltd (HKH) has obtained 100% of the share capital of Harman Kemp North America Ltd (HKNA).
The transaction allows for the exit of the original investors Hebrides 2006 LLP and, as a result, Chris Harman has resigned from the Board of HKNA.
HKH is controlled by employees of HKNA led by Peter Slade and Allan Clow.
